Home Builders Association of Greater Southwest Illinois Remodelers Council named Padgett Building & Remodeling Co. Inc. a 2013 Remodeler of Distinction in the “Outdoor Living Space Renovation” category in recognition of their professional remodeling expertise. The award was given at the Home Builders Association Installation Banquet held in Fairview Heights, IL.
This project was designed to create an area to get out of the sun when entertaining and a place where the guys could gather while grilling. We are very blessed that these customers are long time repeat customers. We added an outdoor fireplace and wood storage area with pergola serving counters and below counter storage. Padgett also installed lighting over the existing grill area. Brick columns were added with limestone caps and stone veneer to match the existing retaining wall. A custom touch was added by creating a place for an all weather lcd tv.
